SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
ย All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
ย SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY ESTIMATES
ย ะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅ ships only to the United States. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3โ5 business days).
Priority Shipping costs $1.50 (1โ2 business days) per order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with type (Standard or Priority.) Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
ย SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
ย You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
ย DUTIES AND TAXES
ย ะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
ย DAMAGES
ย ะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅะฅ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
ย SALE ITEMS
ย Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
ย EXCHANGES
ย We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: sales@sadivintrading.com
ย GIFTS
ย If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasnโt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
